The newest, and scariest, of the Washington Czar is A Mr. Cass Sunstein. I would guess he is brilliant, but let's also say his views on many issues are extreme. For example, animals should have legal representation, animal use is slavery, and the second amendment should be banned.
And since animals don't have a regular source of income, some (of your) wealth needs to be spread to pay for their attorneys.
